Holistic Core Restore® ‘Everywoman’ programme

The Everywoman programme is the ‘gift that keeps giving’, providing the knowledge and ‘skills for life’ that will allow you to manage your pelvic and core health forever. 

I am SO passionate about this course because it has helped me and thousands of other women to build long-term confidence in our bodies and how they perform. 

This ‘entry-level’ programme comprises a course of 6 weekly classes or 1:1 sessions which teach you to integrate ‘functional’ exercise with your pelvic floor. That’s strengthening your body, core and pelvic floor for all the squatting, lunging, pushing and pulling which you do in every day life, but which often cause  leaks or discomfort. And we provide online workouts as ‘homework’ to enhance your progress.

We also look at nutrition, hormonal health, great bladder and bowel function, and self-care ideas for improving your wellbeing.

The Course includes 

  • Your online pre screening form PLUS 1:1 hour-long consultation (via Zoom / face to face).
  • 6 x 75-minute sessions: 45-60 min workout and 15-minute education. 
  • Your ‘keep forever’ exercise kit and PDF education booklet.
  • A class WhatsApp group to share progress, questions and ideas.
  • Access to the online homework portal.

HEAT

Heat is a pelvic floor friendly HIIT workout that hits the fat loss markers, jump-starts your metabolism and keeps you burning calories for hours after the exercise session.  Plus our friendly group has a great chat! 

Once you’ve gone through the Everywoman programme, HEAT is your next step. We take it up a notch with a change in tempo to get you moving but with respect for your pelvic health.  You might wish to join the class without having completed Everywoman. This is fine, subject to completion of a detailed pre-screening form. 

Pricing (all classes are via Zoom)

  • Thursday nights in term time, 8-9pm 
  • £9 per class payable half termly in advance or via standing order at £29 per month. 
  • Includes private WhatsApp group and class recording.

FIT 2 RUN®

Did you know:

  • For women over 35 who run, their most common injuries are foot and ankle related?
  • That over one quarter of the bones in your body are in your feet, so if they’re not happy, nothing else will be!

With so many of us now regularly walking, running or wanting to run it’s important to strengthen, mobilise and connect with our bodies literally from the feet upwards. Why? To help us to move with greater confidence, stability, comfort and ease whatever our ‘level’.

That’s why we created Holistic Core Restore® ‘Fit 2 Walk/Run’. This six-week programme is designed to provide a strong foundation for any woman who regularly walks, hikes, or runs.

It’s specifically designed with a woman’s body in mind, because our bodies are DIFFERENT to men’s.

Over the course of six weeks we will cover the key components of running with greater comfort, from foot and ankle mobility to building resilience in your calves and shins, improving your knees and hips AND show you how to put it all together. We want you to move well whether you’re a complete newbie or elite level.

What do I get?

    What do I need?

    PLEASE NOTE – The programme is not a substitute for clinical support for an existing injury which should always be treated with medical supervision.

    Bump

    ‘Bump’ is an exercise and wellness programme designed to safely guide you through an active pregnancy and birth preparation, and ready to tackle the ‘4th trimester’ post birth too. 

    It’s specially designed to keep you strong and mobile through your pregnancy,and get you ready for the demands of ‘mum-life’, characterised by lots of walking, squatting, lunging, lifting and carrying!  We’ll also get you acquainted with your pelvic floor and core muscles, and help you understand how to utilise both when you move – essential for any mum to be! We’ll also look at sleep, stress management, bladder and bowel health to ensure you feel strong, prepared and confident during this special time. 

    I am available for 1:1 sessions, Tuesday -Thursday during school hours either face to face or via Zoom. 

    The Bump 6 week (initial) course includes:

    • Your online pre screening form PLUS 1:1 hour-long consultation (via Zoom / face to face).
    • Your ‘keep forever kit’: Pilates ball, resistance band, loop band and handled band and spiky ball. 
    • 6 x 60-minute sessions.

    Pricing

    • 6 x 60 minute sessions = £354

    Payment can be made as two instalments prior to commencing week 1 and at week 3.

    Recovery (Pelvic Organ Prolpase & Hysterectomy surgery)

    The HCR® Recovery programme will guide and support you safely in your return to an active life

    Surgery is a stressful time in your own and you family’s life. And aside from anxiety around the surgery itself, it can create fear around what the future looks like for you when it comes to exercise. Without the right support and education, it can leave you wondering if you’ll ever exercise in the way you loved to again. That’s why we created the Recovery Programme. To get women back to moving how they want to, doing what they used to (and more!) and living a full and active life, post gynae surgery, and particularly Pelvic Organ Prolapse or Hysterectomy procedures.

    But Recovery isn’t simply a fitness programme; it provides a strong foundation for your future health, either pre or post gynae surgery, or both.

    What it provides you with

    With knowledge comes confidence and power.

    • We’ll educate you about your surgery and make the science very simple.
    • We’ll teach you to manage pressure in your core to maintain great pelvic health for LIFE.
    • We’ll teach you to lift properly, from weights to suitcases, to kids. We’ll teach you to move in a way that supports your new Pelvic Health status.
    • We’ll aim to get you back doing what you loved before, safely.
    • We’ll help you understand the importance of maintaining and improving your bone health, cardiovascular health, gut and bowel health as a means of supporting your Pelvic and overall health.

    Sometimes women can feel that there is no hope or no help for them. There IS hope, there IS help, and I will gladly assist you with both.

    The (approximately 8-12 week) course includes:

    • Your detailed online pre screening to help me understand you and ‘where you are’
    • PLUS 1:1 hour-long consultation about it (via Zoom / face to face)
    • A tailored Programme, designed for YOU, including exercise ‘homework’ to keep you progressing
    • 6 x 60 minute sessions
    • Your ‘keep forever’ exercise kit
    • Ongoing WhatsApp support from me through the duration of the Programme.
