I offer lots of different ways to train; Personal Training at home, in small groups, or as part of a Holistic Core Restore® programme. Regardless of how we train it all comes back to that one goal; to help every client to feel great about themselves, with a body that performs and looks how they want it to when they need it to.

Personal Training

Personal training kicks off with a detailed pre-screening form to set the scene for me about your current health and fitness. This is followed by an informal consultation (via Zoom or face to face according to current Covid-19 guidelines & location) to chat through the form. To put the ‘personal’ in personal training it’s really important that I understand everything from your exercise history to your pelvic health to help me to develop a safe, effective, results-driven programme that’s right for YOU, whatever your age or life stage. 

Exercise is just one part of the equation though, so we’ll also discuss your wider lifestyle including everything from your diet to stress levels and sleep patterns to ensure we’re addressing the ‘whole picture’. This isn’t a ‘test’ (I am a wine and chocolate loving human too!), but a way of ensuring we can deliver the results you are looking for.

Sometimes the pre screening form will highlight to me that the Holistic Core Restore® Everywoman programme would be a better fit for you initially. I offer this 1: 1 and in class format. Please see the Holistic Core Restore® page for more information.

Need some homework to keep you motivated? We can do that. Meal inspiration? That too. Accountability check ins? Yes. Or none of that! Whatever you need, we develop a programme that’s tailored to you.

I am available for 1:1 sessions on Tues, Weds and Thurs during school hours. This can be via Zoom or face to face, adhering to relevant current Covid-19 guidelines, or a mix of the two.  

Pricing

Option 1: 

  • 6 x 60 minute sessions = £294

Payment can be made as two instalments prior to commencing week 1 and at week 3.

Option 2:

  • Set up an easy monthly standing order, with the benefit of a 5% discount across the year.

Classes

I offer Holistic Core Restore® Everywoman, HEAT and Fit 2 Run® programmes as classes (all currently via Zoom).

The Everywoman course is the original Holistic Core Restore® programme that takes you through a revolutionary ‘whole body’ Pelvic Floor and Core (and full body!) exercise programme, layered with nutrition and self-care guidance, whatever life phase you’re in. The 6 or 12 week course has been getting great results since 2013

HEAT is a pelvic floor friendly workout that truly will hit all the fat loss markers, kick-start your metabolism and keep you burning calories for hours after the exercise session. 

Fit 2 Walk / Run® is a six-week programme designed to provide a strong foundation for any woman who regularly walks, hikes, or runs, literally from the ground up.

Pricing via Zoom

  • Everywoman 6 week course = £137.
  • HEAT £9 per class during term time, payable half-termly in advance or a monthly standing order of £29.
  • Fit 2 Walk / Run = £90 for a six week course.
