The Hub is for busy women who want to stay consistently fit, active and well in a way that respects how their body is changing and the pressures on their time.

As a woman in your 30s, 40s or 50s you might feel that your current workouts aren’t working.

Maybe your current exercise choices don’t feel right for your body anymore, or your approach has lacked structure and consistency. Maybe the gym environment isn’t for you, or motivation is a problem. I get it.

But life is busy and that often means we can’t commit to live zoom classes or personal training sessions. And so, it’s with busy women like you and me in mind that I created this Hub.

It’s simple; for £20 a month the Hub will help you:

  • To stay active with a little structure, but the flexibility to work out when you want to
  • To place a little more focus on YOU, in body and mind
  • To chat with likeminded women, providing community and accountability along the way
  • To work out in a way that respects and is tailored to delivering what you need as a woman hitting midlife.  Anyone hoping for a little more lean muscle?! You’ve come to the right place!  
  • To learn about your changing body and the simple things you can do to look after it well. 

The Hub’s workouts aren’t suitable if you’re pregnant, newly postnatal, or have pelvic floor issues. But don’t worry – if you fall into these categories then I can support you with one of my Holistic Core Restore® programmes first.

What do I receive? 

Following a detailed pre-screening form to confirm the Hub’s workouts are right for you, you’ll access:

  • 2 x new pre-recorded workouts added weekly to the Membership Hub. These include a mix of 10 – 40-minute workouts which target what we need/want to in midlife, plus there’s regular (optional) 4-6 week progressed programmes to follow if you need more structure. Whatever you are looking for, you have a growing hub of workouts to choose from.
  • Mobilisation and stretching videos, plus longer relaxation sessions and advice on targeting those niggles and aches.
  • Weekly downloadable, printable, tasty recipes to help you plan quick, nutritious meals and snacks for your family. I pick my favourites that meet my ‘easy, minimum washing up’ criteria.
  • Ideas and tips to manage your overall wellness. This includes simple things you can action today, plus short optional lifestyle challenges.
  • A friendly, supportive Facebook & WhatsApp group. It can be hard to motivate yourself at the best of times, so having a group of women in the same boat to share your journey with really helps.

What do I need?

There are bodyweight workouts on the Hub but you will get the most out of it by having access to a pair of light dumbbells (2-8kgs) as a minimum, plus a long resistance band and a looped mini band. I often use Argos, TK Maxx, Amazon or The Physical Company.

How do I join?

You can choose to leave the Hub at any time.

January Reset Programme 

December is all about friends, family and celebration; a chance to connect, laugh, and enjoy life together. But then January looms and social media, traditional media, and yes, the fitness industry is guilty of telling us to FEEL guilty about the fun we had. From quick fix diets that promise to ‘undo your wrongs’ in 5 minutes, to hardcore exercise regimes that put anyone but the bravest off, January always seems to equal ‘punishment’.

NOT HERE! Forget January guilt and abstinence from whatever you think you need to cut out to ‘undo’ the enjoyment of December. Instead, join me for the January Reset programme. 6 weeks all about adding good stuff in, we’ll readjust together back to eating, moving and resting in a way that makes you and your body happy. Let’s start 2022 positively, and add back in movement, colour and variety to our plates, and kindness to ourselves instead.

What will I receive?

For just £30 you’ll access:

  • 2-3 progressed workouts of 15-30 minutes per week that will get your heart pumping, metabolism firing, and muscles working to wake up that body
  • A weekly themed lifestyle focus, offering simple tweaks to leave you feeling good on the inside
  • Easy recipes and ideas for food swaps
  • A recorded meditation to help you take some vital time to unwind after a hectic month
  • A supportive group – there for the same reasons as you – to engage with over WhatsApp as you wish.

When does it start?

We’ll say ‘hi’ via WhatsApp on Friday 7th January and the first workout will be posted on Saturday 8th January.

What do I need?

You will get the most out of the Programme by having access to a pair of dumbbells (what you currently use, or start light if you’re new to weights, e.g. 2-4kgs) or kettlebells, plus a long resistance band.
