Forget summer’s quick fix fad diets and unrealistic exercise regimes and join me for this Programme containing the EXACT things we need over 35 to build the body that we can feel confident IN and ABOUT, long-term.

The 6 Weeks to Summer Programme is for you if:

  • You aren’t sure how to exercise in the most beneficial way to boost muscle and fat loss
  • You want to feel fitter, more energised and confident
  • You are ready for some structure and routine to keep you moving regularly
  • You are bored of your current exercise
  • You haven’t got time for hour-long sessions
  • You’re keen to progress your exercise at the right pace
  • You want to work out at home in your own time
  • You’ve never tried weights but fancy giving it a go.

It’s simple; the Programme aims to leave you feeling fitter, stronger and more energised. All for less than £7 a week! 

What does it entail?   

  • 2 x 15-minute pre-recorded progressed strength and resistance workouts each week 
  • 1 x conditioning (or ‘aerobic’) session to be completed 1 x per week. Work your way through the progressions and benchmark your progress.
  • Quick, simple plant-based recipe ideas to help you fill your body full of fibre, protein and colourful goodness.
  • A supportive group – there for the same reasons as you – to encourage and engage with over WhatsApp (if you wish).
  • PLUS, you’ll be able to access the Hub AS A WHOLE for the 6 week period.

  • Light dumbbells (2-8kgs)
  • A long resistance band

The first pre-recorded workouts will be posted on Saturday 15th June.
