We’ve all got a lot on and so it’s with busy women like you in mind that I created my latest 6 Week Programme. If you want to rebuild some structure and routine after a busy summer, let me help you. 

The Programme contains the EXACT things we need over 35 to build the body that we can feel confident IN and ABOUT. Through sprint intervals and resistance training you’ll boost metabolism, heart health, fat burn, lean muscle tissue and bone density.

How much does it cost? £7 per week or £42, INCLUDING full Hub access (that’s hundreds recipe ideas, stretches, information videos and other workouts!)

The Programme is for you if:

  • You struggle to find time to exercise and need help with quick, effective workouts you can do anywhere
  • You’re bamboozled by the advice on how to exercise in the most beneficial way for your 35+ body
  • You want to feel fitter, more energised and confident
  • You are ready for structure and routine to keep you moving regularly
  • You’re keen to progress your exercise at the right pace
  • You’ve never tried weights but fancy giving it a go OR you’re experienced but ready for more direction
  • You’ve tried loads of different online workouts before, but their ad hoc nature means they don’t ‘stick’.

What does it entail?

  • 1 x pre-recorded 20 min progressed strength and resistance workout with warm up and cool down each week. If we work out smart, we don’t need to work out for ages!
  • 1 x conditioning (or ‘aerobic’) session to be completed 1 x per week. It’s sweaty!
  • PLUS, you’ll be able to access the Hub AS A WHOLE for an 8-week period.

What do I need?

  • Light-medium dumbbells/kettlebells (2-15kgs, ish depending on your experience)
  • A long resistance band
  • A looped resistance band

You’ll be supported on WhatsApp by a group of women working through the same sessions as you.
