‘6 week January Reset Programme 2025’

The Programme:

These next 6 weeks of workouts are time based. I will give some guidance on weight but it’s another opportunity for you to increase your weight or resistance where you can. This Programme is also less about structured progressions than other Hub programmes and more about simply doing all the things we should as 35+ women to re-establish consistency in our exercise and building in some elements to our movement that is either inconsistent (stretching!) or very useful to incorporate (balance work!).

This year we’re adding a mini progress test IF YOU WISH with the plank. Pick a version and rather than progressing though formats, focus on time. What can you build in 6 weeks? Start small and build!

We’re also going to progress the squat with a focus on power and explosive strength with the squat pop. Aim to boost how many you can do in the time period.
